I downloaded the halloween outfits for free and now I can’t find them. Where are they?

Its not clothing for your avatar. They’re Gamer pics and themes of avatars dressed in which ever ones you downloaded. Go to change gamerpic.

How do you make an avatar? I want to make one with pics that I have and it has to be 50×50 and less then 15 KB

Posted by admin on February 8th, 2010 and filed under 50x50 avatars | 3 Comments »

These are the things it has to be: An avatar image file should be a 50×50 px PNG, JPEG or GIF image that is smaller than 15 KB. I have the pictures that I want to use but the problem is I don’t know how to make one………if anyone knows or has made one please be descriptive and tell me exactly how to do it. Thanks.

Use MS office picture manager.

There is a option to edit images in the tool bar. Click on it.

In that there is a option called compress.

Compress according to your needs and save the file.

I have created my avatar but when I try to make it as my profile picture on yahoo answers it says "No yahoo avatar" and the option to click it is grayed out. The link underneath it just takes me back to the page to create another avatar?
Any help?

When You get to the creation page click the orange save changes button under your avatar.
Then you should be able to click to use it here.*

How can I offer avatars to users on my website?

Posted by admin on February 8th, 2010 and filed under avatars | 1 Comment »

I have a website where people come to network. Sometimes they upload a photo and sometimes they do not. Is there any kind of software I can use to offer users on my site to select an avatar for themself? I’d like to offer this service but I don’t know where I can buy a gallery of avatars or software for users to create avatars . . . ? Anyone have any experience with this?

The fact that you need this list of avatars to incorporate with your networkin web site requires some server side technology (i.e. ColdFusion, ASP .Net, PHP, JSP, …etc.) to do so. You will need to use this technology to create logic to allow your users to select an avatar. As far as galleries of avatars though, maybe you can try those emoticons web sites to see if you can use their lists.

does anyone else find it funny that they have plus size avatars on yahoo?

Posted by admin on February 8th, 2010 and filed under funny avatars | 8 Comments »

because, even if you are plus size, it’s not like you are going to tell people. when you can be a hot chick, be one.

No i don’t, some people don’t like to hide who they are.
