so i have this really cute gin avatar, but i tried adjusting the size of it so many times, but it still stayed the same (100×100)
if you can find me a PROPER adjustment tool to 50×50 i would really appreciate it
ps. i already tried photobucket and paint

If you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager you can open your pic, go to Edit Picture, Resize (on the bottom right) and enter in a custom width and height.

   you can use this free program that is just like photoshop

   for windows
