How do you get a 50×50 avatar for your deviantart?

I am SO BAD at computer techy stuff so plz try 2 dumb it down like so dumbed down that the worlds dumbest person can easily do it. THX 4 ANSWERING P.S. check out my account. its:

If you have photoshop you just have to resize the image to 50×50 pixels.
I can do if for you if you want. Just email me a link to the picture you want.

    if you use photoshop to make your avatar you open a new file and change the size lets say the size is 1200 so you will change that one to 50 and the bottom number to 5o and there you have the right size for the avatar :]

    Crop the picture or resize your picture.
