How do u create animated avatars?

I usually see them on bebo and forums and stuff

How do u make them?

There is a program called Easy GIF Animator, download it from here, http://www.download3k.com/Photo-Graphic/Animation/Download-Blumentals-Software-Easy-GIF-Animator.html it works really good.

    They are gifs.
    You can make them via programs such as Animation Shop, GIMP (free), Unlead GIF animator, (later versions of) photoshop and image ready.
    The simplest one is animation shop, it comes with paint shop pro but the one you can make best details on is Unlead.
    There are also some sites you can make them on such as blingee.com – but as a result, the image will have a "blingee.com" mark on it.
