    How is it possible …
How is it possible that anti-evolutionists are spilling their crap in a SF movie video?

    mutation CAN have a …
mutation CAN have a positive effect, so learn your facts

  8. QCreyton says:

    oh side note, …
oh side note, nylonase. that was one of a positive, beneficial mutation and evolutionary step. before you say it no it was not previously coded for in the bacteria’s genetics as several (highly improbable i must add) events had to occur for this enzyme to be generated not the least of which an entire gene had to first be duplicated and then a series of mutations tae place. at least one of which was a frame shift. this created a huge ammount of additional genetic information.

Already saw it, was not impressed. It really wasn’t special, once you get past the FX, and the fact that it had the potential to be better is what really gets me about it.

    How do fossils …
How do fossils records not prove anything?

  17. unitim says:

    What reality? No …
What reality? No transition species, mutation is either neutral or negative, no fossil record proving anything… Evolution is as stinky as Avatar reality.

  18. punkassproductions11 says:

    It’s based more in …
It’s based more in reality than Cameron claims Avatar is.

  19. unitim says:

    Like evolution is …
    Like evolution is realistic…

  20. punkassproductions11 says:

    Pandora is …
Pandora is extremely improbable. Possible, maybe, if a few laws of physics were bent and the entire idea of evolution was thrown out the window (let’s be realistic; there would be no way for there to be a survival of the fittest while simultaneously it being possible for creatures to psionically master one another via tendrils in their skull).

Furthermore, Cameron’s a crack. His team of scientists and experts used to create a “realistic” world is a classic example of the Authority Fallacy.

  21. MareBellator says:

    Impossible planet, …
Impossible planet, completely thought up by people. Seriously? 10 ft tall people with glowing skin and that comes out of they’re hair that can allow them to connect with the mind of an animal? Floating rocks? Total science fiction, get real.
