At work I don’t have much time to eat a real home made meal so i eat one or two haburgers each day. I could eat something else but i really love hamburgers.

Check up on the nutritional value of these burgers, but i’d say stop anyway. Try making a simple potato salad or something, and if your boss lets you eat it at work! If you love hamburgers so much, then have them once or twice a week max. And if you do get any free time on your hands, take up a hobby. If you find yourself craving hamburgers a lot, maybe your doctor could help.

they’re ok in moderation.- and if you have time at work to eat 2 hamburgers every day…you have time to eat your lunch.
why not make a tossed salad, and tuna sandwich put it in the fridge at work.
bring left over chicken cooked from night before (home meal) heat in microwave at work, put on a fajita roll up*
bring apple, carrots/celery sticks, to snack on through day
bring yogurt to have mid day
a few slices of cheese wrapped in tinfoil you can eat mid morning*
keep your energy going throughout the day, drinking water….
Fast easy eatable HOME made lol…
bring left over pasta dish and heat in microwave
If you worry about your health you’ll make the time to eat healthy*

Nope, a properly made hamburguers is an excellent and well balance meal. You got protein from the meat, starch from the bun and lots of vitamins from the salad and if you add cheese you got your calcium.
Having said that, like any other food, eaten often stops it from being healthy. Even carrots eaten in excess are bad for you! Also ready made hamburguers with ingredients that a homemade one wouldn’t have, makes then bad.
