i make a raspberry daiquiri with raspberry coulis champers and a raspberry on top, but it all depends on what flavour u want it.

I don’t know the measurements in imperial but here goes my metric recipe….
30 ml white rum
15 ml lime juice
15 ml sugar syrup
throw all these ingredients in a cocktail shaker shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a couple of lime slices.
if you want to make a fruity daiquiri (shudder) throw in 15 ml of the friuty liqueur of your choice. I used to work at a resort where I made a lot of Mango Daiquris and we used mango pulp, mango liqueur and lots of ice which we then whizzed in a blender until it looked like a slushie. Not a true daiquiri but still a very yummy drink. References :

WATERMELON dAIQUIRI
1 lime , juiced
2 cups watermelon , cubed
1 tablespoon icing sugar
100 ml white rum
Directions
1Start a few hours before you’d like the drinks, by freezing the cubed watermelon.
2When you’re ready to mix the drinks, squeeze the lime juice into a blender.
3Add the frozen watermelon cubes, icing sugar and rum.
4Blend until smooth and frothy.
5Pour into two glasses and serve. References :
