		<description>1 1/2-2 ounces light rum 
1/2 lime, juice of 
1 dash sugar syrup or 1 teaspoon powdered sugar 
1 dash maraschino juice (optional) 
Directions
1Mix with ice in a blender. 
2Serve in dressy champagne-like glass with a straw. 


WATERMELON dAIQUIRI
1 lime , juiced 
2 cups watermelon , cubed 
1 tablespoon icing sugar 
100 ml white rum 
Directions
1Start a few hours before you&#039;d like the drinks, by freezing the cubed watermelon. 
2When you&#039;re ready to mix the drinks, squeeze the lime juice into a blender. 
3Add the frozen watermelon cubes, icing sugar and rum. 
4Blend until smooth and frothy. 
5Pour into two glasses and serve.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

     1 tablespoon Lime Juice 
     1 teaspoon Sugar

Garnish with a maraschino cherry.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Did you know this was initially a drink to combat Malaria? Then we added sugary substances to it to make it taste better! Enjoy!</description>

30 ml white rum
15 ml lime juice
15 ml sugar syrup

throw all these ingredients in a cocktail shaker  shake and strain into a  martini glass and garnish with a couple of lime slices.

if you want to make a fruity daiquiri (shudder)  throw in   15 ml of the friuty liqueur of your choice. I used to work at a resort where I made a lot of Mango Daiquris and we used mango pulp, mango liqueur and lots of ice which we then whizzed in a blender until it looked like a slushie. Not a true daiquiri but  still a very  yummy drink.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
